1982. 2 -- 1982. 8 重庆汽车研究所助理工程师，重型车发动机部件设计；

1985.8 -- 1994.12 上海内燃机所工程师，车用发动机设计；

1994. 12 -- present：上海德和机电工程有限公司总裁，公司主要做机电设备和零备件进出口。

我们是中国船舶主机厂和大功率柴油机厂主要部件配套商。

我们为中国铝业提供熔铸设备和各种备件及技术支持服务。

我们为中国石化企业提供管具无损探伤设备和摩檫焊机，最小流量阀以及各种零备件，技术服务。

我们和法国MTS公司在上海合资建立了合资厂，生产大功率柴油机及油泵凸轮和凸轮轴。

1982. 2 to 1982. 8	Assistant Engineer, Working in Chongqing Automotive Research Institute for heavy duty Truck engine parts design.
1985.8 to 1994.12	Engineer, working in Shanghai Internal Combustion Engine Research Institute, for automotive engine Design. During these years, I got contacts and relation with almost all engine builders in China.
1994. 12 to present	President of Shanghai D&H Co., Machinery and Parts import and export.

Main Achievements :

We are the main supplier to Chinese Marine Engine Builders for the components.

We are supplying the casting equipments to Chinese aluminum smelters and spare parts as well as technical service.

We have been supplying the companies of oil and chemical Industries oil pipe non destructive inspection equipments, friction welding machines and valves, and spare parts as well as technical service.

We have set up a joint venture with French specialist MTS to produce large bore diesel engine and fuel pump cams and camshafts.
